[ Even without all the killing stuff attached, his fascination with the human body was very much real. What makes it tick, what could make it stop ticking, what would this and that do if tweaked or amplified...all fascinating trains of thought.

All the more to think, just two dudes skipping out on a bonfire to go to church. ]

The former, mostly. I started out with poisons, but I've always liked pushing limits. Plus, you could say I've got something of an intimate knowledge of the human body...

[ He doesn't mind the prying. It just opens the gate for prying in return. ]

[ What is he, if not sus...Char might not horribly embarrassed, but the acknowledgement of his little quips earns the widening of his grin. Some people prefer to pretend they didn't hear those, so he'll take what he can get. ]

I'm just a guy who knows what he wants. Is that so bad?

[ In short; yeah. The horniness is real, but there's just that special bliss in riling someone up to a certain point that can't be beat. ]

I can be as transparent as you want. I could even let you take a peek through the inside, if that strikes your fancy.

[ If that name throws Yugamu off, he doesn't show it besides a slight widening of the eyes and flickering of the grin, before it's back with full force. He takes that offered hand without complaint...do watch the sharp nails, though. ]

Char-sensei, then? You're a man of many faces. [ Heh. ] Yugamu Omokage. I'll be your physician this evening.

Heehee. I can leave it to your imagination.

[ Not that he minds going into the details right now, but sometimes it's fun to watch the mind wander. Not that Char's likely will; he's already got something on the brain, and he doubts the internal workings of the human body in the physical sense are part of it.

Ah, that's a nice smile. It suits him. ]

But of course. All I ask for is a bit of patience; after all, you can't rush perfection.

[ As perfect as psychedelic drugs made in a chapel laboratory can be, in any case. He's not claiming to be a miracle worker, but he's damn good with what he's got.

Char can watch as Yugamu shuffles from table to table with a purpose, setting down his tools. What seems to be oil, a few dubious looking powders, the burner...the works. He's free to peek at whatever he likes. ]

[ Ah, it's been a while since he's had to make something of this calibre. It's been his own personal experiments, the potions, a few poisons...after all, Takemaru had threatened to punch his lights out for offering to get a little too recreational.

But if someone wants to get start seeing the good stuff, and he's away from scrutinizing eyes, who is he to deny them? ]

Wouldn't dream of it, Sensei. I might get a bit embarrassed if you watch me too closely, though...

[ Whether or not he's serious about that has yet to be determined, but the smile on Yugamu's face when he turns to meet that grin seems a little coy. He normally doesn't have an audience to watch his every move, after all, so why not enjoy it? ]

It'd be nice if the selection here was bigger. [ An side note as one glass beaker slowly fills, eyeballing it carefully even as he speaks. ] But I'm nothing if not flexible. I like the challenge.

[ What a fascinating man this is. Someone who likes his mind games, a little too much experience...all surface level things he's picked up from watching, waiting. ]

I don't mind less forgiving. [ That part is true, as he flicks the burner on. ] That kind of harsh treatment can be a real motivator in some ways, y'know?

[ And less so, because it truly depends. Humiliation, scrutiny are all things embarrassing and exciting in equal measure, but he does like to think himself rather talented in this field specifically. He'd only take the nitpicking from the truly skilled. ]

While I like the peace of working at my own pace, there's a certain thrill in working under pressure. [ An almost fond glint of reminisce. ] Desperation tends to bring out the best results in people.

[ Admittedly, this is more a problem of limited supplies rather than a time crunch, but he'll still take every second he can get. Ah, he'll need one of the buckets for this...luckily, he may or may not have stored tinfoil from the kitchen in here. ]
